There is a filed in the little town of Jarrettsville, MD that I grew up in that grows sunflowers almost every summer. It is located on Jarrettsville Rd. and blooms from August – September. Enjoy a few of the beautiful pics that I took in August.
Bits and bobs of floral were dispersed throughout the Townhouse Spa to add feminine touches to an event that celebrates all products for women. Seasonal white dahlias accented with dusty miller and viburnum berries were one selection, while purple hydrangea and tropical leaves were showcased in a different area of the spa.
Today I had the privilege of designing flowers for the Daily Style Sessions Event at The Stone Rose, 10 Columbus Circle. Hot pink was the color theme. A bouquet of roses was nestled into a vase with monstera leaves and bells of Ireland. A spray of lavender Phalaenopsis orchids added drama to a finished product.
